A 54-year-old man (Parry Williams) will appear before Plymouth magistrates today after being charged with five counts of attempted murder following a serious incident in the city over the weekend.
It comes after 2 women were ran over and 3 men stabbed trying to save them.
One of the men suffered potentially life-changing injuries, while a woman suffered serious injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.
Devon and Cornwall Police has this morning said that Parry Williams, of no fixed abode, has now been charged with five counts of attempted murder.
